Penny was the un-official/official photographer for the National Center.  Quite frequently she could be seen in the hallways or, more often, in the studio, toting her trusty Hasselblad, shooting pictures of the personnel and the artwork being produced.  Penny's 2 x 2" inch negatives and transparencies were far superior to anything the rest of us could produce with our 35mm cameras.  Perhaps it was because of the wonderful quality of Penny's photos, or because the rest of us were more into video but, as Rick Davis recently remarked, we just didn't see many still cameras in the hands of NCET artists.  Whenever we wanted high quality photos for display or publication, Penny was called in for the job.  We all owe her large debts of gratitude for years of very fine work.
